I recently had the opportunity to work with Fullframe Photographics on these two images they wanted to create to coincided with the 30th anniversary of the movie 'Back to the Future'.
The challenge they set for themselves was this. "If the time traveling DeLorean was real and they were approached by an agency in the 80’s to create images for it, what would they do?"
After a lot of brainstorming and research into the movie, they settled on creating two time travelling scenarios for the car. A 'Past' and a 'Future'.
The most challenging part of this job was finding or creating the elements needed to build the scenes. In the end, I combined studio shot photography for the DeLorean and talent, stock library imagery for background plates, 3D modeling and hours of retouching to bring the scenes to life. It was an immensely fun project to work on. Hope you like the results.
